We were very vocal about the fact that we were torn between three different SUVs (only one was an Infiniti!). We were incredibly impressed when Bill Haines and Steve Camp worked with a near by dealership to bring over a specific SUV so that we could compare it to the JX35. They talked us through the differences but didn't pressure us on a sale. They pointed out things to look for and we used the information when we went to test drive the other comparison cars. Once we had made up our mind to buy an Infiniti JX35, the process moved smoothly and quickly. When we went to pick up the car, Ryan spent over an hour with us walking us through the the car. I was new to the navigation system and Ryan was extremely patient in walking through examples and making sure we had everything set up the way we wanted it. We liked the car before, but we were truly amazed at all of the luxury touches that were pointed out by Ryan. Great dealership and an even more amazing car. I don't really like going to dealerships, especially when it comes to purchasing a used car. So imagine my apprehension when I saw a used Toyota for sale at an Infiniti dealership. I figured that I would g it comes to purchasing a used car. So imagine my apprehension when I saw a used Toyota for sale at an Infiniti dealership. I figured that I would get the runaround, or even ignored. The exact opposite happened, Ryan and Scott treated my wife and I like family and didnt play any of the "dealership games" I was expecting. It was surprisingly easy to talk to them, they could care less that I was buying a car listed at just under $14K (and not one listed at 6x's that price). Even with the negotiations we went through, which usually cause my stomach to knot up and raise my blood pressure, I was surprised at how comfotably tense it was. No knot and only slightly elevated blood pressure :-). After all, it is a negotiation. All-in-all, I will definitely consider Infiniti of Lisle the next time I'm in the market for a car. Who knows, maybe it will even be to purchase a new car! Thanks for taking care of us! More
