My wife and I were in the market for a used, but not too used, crossover SUV. We had been to many dealerships prior and test drove many popular models. Nothing in our price range really seemed to fit the used, crossover SUV. We had been to many dealerships prior and test drove many popular models. Nothing in our price range really seemed to fit the bill and many of the dealers we dealt with started off friendly but then put annoying sales tactics into the mix including multiple phone calls on a daily basis asking for my business. We wound up test driving a 2WD Mazda CX7 at another dealer and were really happy with the way the vehicle handled but because we are in an area that can have dicey winters, we opted to look for an all wheel drive version of the CX7. Turns out there were not too many around for sale but we wound up finding a 2010 one at Infiniti-Lisle/Naperville that might be the ticket. I contacted Micah and he was extremely friendly and after confirming that the dealership still had the vehicle, we set up an appointment and worked with Ray Wolski on the test drive. Ray was incredibly friendly as well, and even helped get the dealership to come up in price on our trade-in to get the deal done. In the few days we've had the car, we've been very happy with it and the price we got it for. I think Micah and Ray understood exactly that we were focused buyers. There were no ridiculous sales tactics, it was simply a question of making sure we liked driving the CX7, answering many of our questions and then seeing where the numbers fell on price and trade in. Ray was a class act all the way and we would highly recommend this dealership for its friendly staff. Just a side note, the dealership is now located near Ogden and Jefferson in Naperville, not in Lisle off Route 53. We figured this out the old fashioned way when Google directed us to the Route 53 location. More

Joe managed the numbers with us. It was a less-than-transparent and rather confusing experience. This aspect has improvement needs. Randy delivered a great product and was very professional and personable. Note: the QX56 hood wasn't completely latched and it came loose on the way home on the highway. We pulled over and shut it without incident. More

I had a truly great experience working with Scott and his colleagues at Infinity of Naperville. I had a very small window of time to finalize a deal... basically 3 hrs while I was getting another car se colleagues at Infinity of Naperville. Life is busy... and when I called Scott en route to the other dealership, I half expected him to laugh when I said that I need to pull it off in such a short window of time. Thankfully he went out of his way to accomodate me... first he drove 15 minutes out of his way to pick me up. He keep the process extremely simple and had me out the door in less than 2 hrs.... and this was on an extremely chaotic day for the dealership (I think it was their first day in a new location). All in all, I was/am extremely impressed with Scott and the whole experience from A-Z at Infinity dealership. Furthermore, the G37x Scott put me in, is awesome. The experience at this dealership is like no other I have encountered. The atmosphere is calm, friendly, well organized and service oriented. Ryan was very knowledgable in his tutorial in explaining all the features of the car I purchased. He was extremely thorough and took the time to review each feature and made sure I was comfortable with being able to operate these items once I left the premisies. He also offered his assistance at any time if needed once I left with the vehicle. Scott is the ideal sales person. He notified me of a vehicle that was just acquired, was true on his word when it would be ready to view and never made the sale experience uncomfortable in any way. From a customer's standpoint, this is what is desired when purchasing a car- no pressure, no hassle, and Scott certainly accomplished that with me. I will recommend him to contacts of mine as well as the dealership as a whole. More
I initially went to the dealership to get a pre-purchase inspection performed on a vehicle I was evaluating from another car lot. While waiting for the results, Doug informed us that we might talk with Scot inspection performed on a vehicle I was evaluating from another car lot. While waiting for the results, Doug informed us that we might talk with Scott to see if the dealership had any cars on the lot that matched the criteria we were looking for. Scott showed us a couple of cars and we settled on one used vehicle that met our desired criteria (quality, odometer miles, price, mpg). The results of the inspection on the other used vehicle were not good and so we returned it to the other car lot and purchased the vehicle Scott showed us. Both Doug and Scott were very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely return to this dealership (even though it is ~3.5 hours from my home) to purchase another vehicle, and I will recommend it to other people. Some dealerships that I have vistied were very high pressure, this was not the case at all with Infiniti of Lisle. I didn't feel pressured at all. I would definitely recommend Bill and the entire dealership to friends and family! More
