INFINITI of Naperville

I don't really like going to dealerships, especially when it comes to purchasing a used car. So imagine my apprehension when I saw a used Toyota for sale at an Infiniti dealership. I figured that I would g it comes to purchasing a used car. So imagine my apprehension when I saw a used Toyota for sale at an Infiniti dealership. I figured that I would get the runaround, or even ignored. The exact opposite happened, Ryan and Scott treated my wife and I like family and didnt play any of the "dealership games" I was expecting. It was surprisingly easy to talk to them, they could care less that I was buying a car listed at just under $14K (and not one listed at 6x's that price). Even with the negotiations we went through, which usually cause my stomach to knot up and raise my blood pressure, I was surprised at how comfotably tense it was. No knot and only slightly elevated blood pressure :-). After all, it is a negotiation. All-in-all, I will definitely consider Infiniti of Lisle the next time I'm in the market for a car. Who knows, maybe it will even be to purchase a new car! Thanks for taking care of us! More

I went and looked at several infiniti's at several different times at lisle infiniti. Mr. Peters made me feel very comfortable. I never felt the typical sales pressure. At no point did I feel like I was wasting Mr. Peters time. everytime greeted with a smile and a customer driven feeling. but when it was time to sign the papers he had his stuff together, he was fast and the car was delievered within an hour. Excellent. I have purchased several vehicles from Infiniti of Lisle/Naperville. Just when I thought the purchasing experience couldn't get any better they've somehow managed to improve. They are not pushy, have a great selection, and helpful throughout the whole process. I spoke to Micah Basarich over the phone whom was knowledgeable, friendly, and to the point. He put me in touch with salesperson Ray Wolski whom again, was knowledgeable, forthcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Joe Tiberi, GM, took time to come out and engage in a great conversation about future Infiniti models and the move to their new exciting showroom in Naperville. The kicker though, was Ryan Indelicato, Delivery Specialist, who shows you everything you want to know about the vehicle and preps it with you. And I'm not talking about just showing you windshield wipers and heated seats. He will pair your phone with the car for both audio and phone. Configure your memory seats and pair the key fob with driver 1 and 2. He showed me some fantastic hidden shortcuts for programming GPS audio behavior, and key fob behavior. I consider myself to be a very technical person and was pleasantly surprised about things I would have missed, or eventually figured out 6 months from now. Adam Arliskas, a long time veteran of Infiniti of Lisle, now works as the finance manager and was superb at explaining everything and presenting options without being pushy. I WILL purchase from here again....in their new Naperville store! More
