When we went to sign the papers my husband,s name was on the top, thereby, placing the car in his name. After 4 hours of closing this deal we just wanted to go home and we left the names as is. My husband did not want to go to the Infinity dealership. I did and pushed for the car. To have it in his name upset us both. I was an international corporate trainer for a Fortune 50 company. I co-authored a customer service booklet that went out to over 14,000 employees. When I was working I would wait for attitudes of culture like this one. Case examples and exercises can be written based off of real life situations. Women continue to work and attain levles of success and want to purchase luxery cars. I hope this dealership will explore its approach and respect their presence on the selling room floor. More
