Internet manager was very friendly and straight forward on the phone. This is my forth Infiniti 3 I bought from your location. My previous car I purchased from Motorwerks only because I could not find th on the phone. This is my forth Infiniti 3 I bought from your location. My previous car I purchased from Motorwerks only because I could not find the car I was looking for at your location. I was thinking of staying with Motorwerks but after speaking with the Internet manager and Steve at your location I decided to do business with you on this vehicle. I feel like I got a fair price on my trade and a good price on the car. I was looking for a good used car, so while shopping online came across Infiniti of Naperville's site. They had quite a few nice cars within my price range. Spoke with Tony Saldana online, Tony was very helpful in giving and getting information to me regarding the vehicles I was interested in. Probably drove him nuts as I researched a lot of information and had numerous questions, all were answered promptly and efficiently. We got to the point I had decided which car I was coming into look at and Tony referred me to Rich Ligeza. Rich was also extremely helpful and courteous in our car shopping experience. Drove the car and loved it, came to a price point and off we drove in our new "used" car. I'm in love with it! All were professional and courteous which is so appreciated when you are buying any car, but especially a used one. The facility is gorgeous and impressive. Will definitely keep them in mind when purchasing more vehicles in the future. More

I was in looking for a used car that would cost around $8,000.00, while searching on the internet I found the Honda Accord listed by Infiniti. Even after having some improvements done to the vehicle, at $8,000.00, while searching on the internet I found the Honda Accord listed by Infiniti. Even after having some improvements done to the vehicle, at $9,500.00, it still was a very good buy. Abe was more than outstanding - friendly and professional is not enough to describe his customer service. I love my car and I get plenty of compliments on how well the car looks for an older vehicle. We drove a long distance to purchase the car, which we found over the internet. After working with Rich, we reserved the car and asked him to make sure everything would be in order so we could purchase t found over the internet. Rich emailed us the necessary applications the night before and was ready for our arrival. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently; after test-driving the car and being satisfied, we were out the door driving it away within 45 minutes. Great and efficient service! More
