After dealing with a different Infiniti dealership and being completely unsatisfied with the way we were treated, my wife and I started dealing with Infiniti of Naperville. My first emails were with Tony being completely unsatisfied with the way we were treated, my wife and I started dealing with Infiniti of Naperville. My first emails were with Tony Saldana and I could tell immediately this would be a better experience. My wife and I waited to deal with Sean Pelkey based on a recommendation from a friend. Well worth the wait! Sean is friendly, knowledgeable...very easy to speak with. He made the car buying experience less stressful. After finalizing a deal for the QX60, we dealt with Joe Limjuco to sign the paperwork. Joe was also friendly and easy to get along with. My wife and I both agree that everyone that we dealt with at Infiniti of Naperville was extremely friendly, and customer service oriented. We both highly recommend Infinit of Naperville and Sean Pelkey as a salesman. You won't be disappointed! More

My wife and I live in Colorado and we were looking for an AWD car for our mountain trips. Also we were looking for a car that was Certified Pre-Owned. After looking at several makes and models we settled o AWD car for our mountain trips. Also we were looking for a car that was Certified Pre-Owned. After looking at several makes and models we settled on an Infiniti G25x. We've owned Nissan's and found them to be very reliable cars, so it was an easy choice. We looked around the Denver area mostly because we figured this area would have tons of AWD cars. There were a few G25x's in the area and a couple CPO's, but when I expanded the area we were looking on Autotrader to any distance I found that he dealership in Naperville, IL had the best price and lowest miles. The dealerships in Colorado would've had to lower their prices by at least $2,000 to compete. We contacted the dealership first through email and then Tony Saldana called me to gauge my initial interest. I told him that we were interested but the distance from Colorado (1,000 miles) was a bit far. He mentioned that people ship cars all the time these days, and so I proceeded to get some quotes to see what it would cost. I also checked the plane ticket prices, and found that the plane tickets were very cheap compared to the shipping prices. After I figured out it was cheaper for me to fly there and buy one of these cars compared to the prices of cars in the Denver area I started the negotiation process. At this point Tony was off work and I started working with Abe Premani; Abe was very professional and knew that I was serious. We initially wanted a Gray colored model and Abe told me that I needed to jump on it because they sell fast. Well I waited about 12 hours too long in deciding because it sold. After that we proceeded to move on a silver model. Abe did a double check on the availability of the car and did a walk around the car for me to check the condition. Once this was done I ended up putting down a deposit and started the process of getting my financing set up to send to the dealership. Abe emailed me a purchase contract with the final numbers and from there I signed and emailed back. After this I had my bank send out the financed amount by wire and I took a cashier's check with me for the remaining amount. All this took place within 7 days. I'm a bit anal about things so I'm sure Abe was getting sick of me calling him or calling the dealership to confirm things, but Abe was always very professional and even took my phone calls when he was at home on his day off. The whole experience was quite easy even from 1,000 miles away. When I arrived to pick up the car it was as advertised; my only possible complaint was that when I drove away from the dealership I noticed the car only had a half tank of gas. I was driving all the way back to Colorado that day so stopping for gas right away was not in the thought process. It was a minor blip, and I was on my way. Thanks to everyone at Infiniti of Naperville!!! More

Ryan, the gentleman who explained the features of the car to me, had the patience of a saint teaching all the technical features to someone who can barely use her smartphone. The next part of my review is just an example of how customers are treated at Infiniti of Naperville. I live almost 3 hours away and wanted to do this as quickly as possible to avoid a predicted snow storm. It was Saturday, the busiest day of the week I am sure, and everyone went out of their way to make sure this happened. They were so accommodating that I actually felt a little guilty. This is why cstomers return to dealerships. More
