After looking on line at Q50s, I received a phone call from salesman Mark Roncone. He helpfully answered questions about my expiring lease as well as the 2023 Q50. As promised, he called back a within a from salesman Mark Roncone. He helpfully answered questions about my expiring lease as well as the 2023 Q50. As promised, he called back a within a half hour with specifics on the leasing deal he could offer. Both the deal and Mike were terrific. I especially appreciated his friendly helpfulness when I then went to the dealership to see the car and finalize the deal. This car-leasing experience was definitely the best I have ever had. More
