I recently visited Infiniti of Naperville for the first time and ended up purchasing a vehicle the same day. I didn't really know what I wanted to buy but had heard good things about the brand. Adam Murczek at Infiniti was very welcoming and easy to talk to and asked questions about what I was looking for in a car. He knew what would be a good fit based on my comments and concerns. It was a nice change to actually have someone that listened to what I said instead of just going through all the different types of vehicles they had to sell at the location. In addition, he provided detailed descriptions on numerous features on the vehicle and while on the test drive he demonstrated those features so I could see for myself how they worked. He also answered my questions and didn't make me feel stupid for the ones that I did ask. When I did purchase the car I really appreciated his showing me how things worked and then he made sure I could replicate the setup that he just demonstrated. Instead of just rushing through things and doing the setup he actually took the time to go through the steps and make sure I understood how to do things myself. He also offered to be available to answer any questions or concerns I had in the future about the car and if he didn't know the answer he would find the solution. I have already shared my good experience with family and friends and will recommend that they see Adam when considering purchasing a car in the future! More
