Another amazing visit! Lease was coming to an end and we test drove several other vehicles but decided to stick with Infinity. We made an appointment for this afternoon and were in and out in very quickly with our new 2019 QX60!! Randy did an excellent job of listening to our needs without rushing us to make decisions, but when we did finally make a decision he was ready to make things happen. Very happy once again for staying with Infinity and love our new SUV! More

Kevin, the sales associate, was very nice, understanding and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me before I even arrived to the dealership and there were no surprises when I got there. They have a great warranty, free oil changes for the first year and free car washes. I received a better interest rate than what I was going to get at CarMax and they even matched what CarMax was going to give me for my trade-in. Kevin was super easy to work with and not pushy. He understood my concerns and my financial situation. This can be hard to find when going to car dealerships. After purchasing the SUV, Mark (not listed on this site) showed me all the bells and whistles in the car and how everything worked. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable driving this large vehicle. I had been to two other INFINITI dealerships and CarMax and was very disappointed with the sales associates and the way they treated their customers. I would 100% recommend INFINITI of Naperville. Make sure to ask for Kevin. (and no I did not know Kevin before I called INFINITI) More
