He was not a typical in-your-face car salesman, but more of an educator who helped me make a decision over a period of time. He did not push or rush me, but simply maintained contact periodically until I was ready to buy my car. He was personable, knowledgeable, and I consider his service throughout the process excellent and would recommend him to my friends. Mark Felson showed me the instrument panel and how everything worked. It was a lot to take in in a short window of time, but I did not feel overwhelmed with the process, and he said to call any time I needed his help, so it is all good. The dealership itself is elegant but not ostentatious. Perhaps that's why the employees I worked with were a class act as well. I'd give them 5 stars. BKL More

I had a specific set of specifications for the car I wa We recently purchase a certified Pre-Owned Infinity from Adam and we had a great experience. I had a specific set of specifications for the car I wanted as far as year and miles that my husband said I would never find. Infinity of Naperville had several on the lot within my specifications! Adam provided a great test drive experience and was never pushy or put pressure on us. The only disappointment was the "training" we were supposed to receive regarding the features of the vehicle. The person who provided the training was not very knowledgeable or at least not good at demonstrating the features. I have had to learn about the features on you tube. I would give Adam and the car itself 5 stars! More
