He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and, at one point, walked away from me because he wanted to go the service I received from Mike at your dealership. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and, at one point, walked away from me because he wanted to go home. It was clear that he didn’t care about his responsibilities or the dealership’s reputation. The service department is horrible, the manager Anna C was shockingly unprofessional and rude. She screamed at me over the phone when I was frustrated and kept changing the price without any clear explana was shockingly unprofessional and rude. Her aggressive attitude and lack of respect are completely unacceptable, especially for someone in a managerial role.
