Let me start my review off with this, please by no circumstances take your Infiniti to this dealership. I took my Infiniti Q 50 in for simple services and you wouldn’t believe that my vehicle after ha circumstances take your Infiniti to this dealership. I took my Infiniti Q 50 in for simple services and you wouldn’t believe that my vehicle after having it for two weeks up on picking it up I Observed that this dealership had put dents in my car. when upon questioning what happened and how did they damage my car my salesman whom I will not REVL his name at this point told me out of his own mouth that the dent was in my car when I brought it in. that was a bold face lie this is a brand new car that never got drove until I brought it to the dealership. Infiniti of mobile need to take accountability of the mess up that they make instead of trying to cover it up, infiniti of mobile they are unprofessional, and I would never ever purchase anything from this dealership again, but however, if you’re one that like your vehicle to be damaged when you take it in for simple services by all mean, take it there. this dealership have really disappointed me. Best customer service is have received thus far when buying a car from beginning. Brandon made my car buying experience pleasant and painless. The entire process started on the internet. Brandon contacted me immediately after I had made contact with the internet sales department. He scheduled a test drive for the original car I had in mind. He set up a test drive for the same day. After test-driving the car, Brandon and I talked and I decided to look a another car. Brandon pulled another car around for me to test-drive based off of our conversation. To say this care met my expectations and needs is an understatement. After the test drive, I knew I wanted the car. It was a anniversary gift to my wife. Brandon and I discussed price, no haggling or feeling like I was being taking advantage of. Brandon then took me to John to complete the buying process. I was expecting this part to take a few hours. To my surprise, John sat me down and we did more talking about our friends, family and Alabama football than painstaking and time consuming paperwork process. All the paperwork was complete but the time passed effortlessly with John's personable attitude. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Joe Bullard Infiniti and the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Joe Bullard. My continued loyalty to Joe Bullard is due to their continued loyalty and professional to me. Brandon and John had me out of the door with a bow on the car to give to my wife. They did all this not only in the same day but in less than 2 hours. This time includes me test-driving two cars and discussing the best pick with Brandon. Brandon made me feel like we went to school together and when my wife say him she thought he was a social media start. There was also was a lady that saw the original bow and recommend and gave me a different bow that matched the color of the car. Which my wife liked. To say Brandon and John made my day is an understatement. They pulled off a Christmas miracle in October. More
