I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and I strongly recommend anyone else do the same. We purchased a 2015 QX80 from them less than 2 years ago. Paid thousands of dollars to have it certified by them. We have only used them to service it. It has now had to be towed to them and used emergency roadside assistance 4 times - each time they said they could not find anything wrong with it and told us to come and get it. The last time that happened (yesterday) I warned them that we had a family trip planned for this week and really would feel more comfortable if they kept it and did whatever it took to diagnose and correct the problem. It is an Infiniti CERTIFIED vehicle under their warranty and yet they refused to keep it and find the problem. I am now 10 hours from home and the check engine light just came on. This dealership has caused my family countless hours of stress, worry, and frustration. My wife was in tears in their dealership just two days ago and she still received absolutely horrible service from several people including the Sales Manager who promised me a call back and never called plus a female whose name begins with an A who is supposed to help customers like us when they have issues with their cars but she only wanted to hand us off and walk away.
