Since I have three Infinities in my family, I probably interact with Infiniti of Memphis more often than most customers. We have never had anything less than stellar customer service there. Their service staff have performed above and beyond, especially considering the current employment shortage, which makes it difficult to operate at full staff levels. Thanks to Tony Busby, their 30-year salesperson, there's nothing they could do that would prevent me from buying another Infiniti from them. Congrats to Rob Walker, the general manager, for running a great operation! More
First encounter with this car dealership was not good. I had a breakdown on the way home from the dealership. A dead battery with no water in it. then there was a windshield washer feed that had dropped d had a breakdown on the way home from the dealership. Then the top was diagnosed they said and informed me of cut wires making it inoperative. That also may not be the case as I am having that worked on now. I was thinking of trading when I entered the dealership — No way now!. This cost me $500 with a not very welcome either! Their report was useless and was better served by using it for toilet paper! They could care less if I lived 170 miles from them and were Not accommodating in the least! I gave them a contact # for when the car was ready. I ended up just going back without a call. On reaching home they had called the home # 170 miles away to tell me to pick up the car. I wasted $500 by trusting a dealership that it appears jus wanted me in to their dealership to make $500. More

Service department gave me $160 diagnostic estimate to find out an issue and then called the next day and said since I had not had the QX 80 in but once since purchased that I would need to pay a 3 hour d find out an issue and then called the next day and said since I had not had the QX 80 in but once since purchased that I would need to pay a 3 hour diagnostic charge of over $450. Seems a little deceptive?? More
I always get great service at Infiniti of Memphis, but recently they went above and beyond. I blew out a tire and had to have my car towed into the Infiniti Service Center. They were completely booked up recently they went above and beyond. I blew out a tire and had to have my car towed into the Infiniti Service Center. They were completely booked up for that day and the next, but Mike Chalfant told me he’d try and squeeze me in. I thought I might be without a vehicle through the weekend. But sure enough, I got my car back the next day. I highly recommend the Service Department at Infiniti of Memphis. More
