Woody, we apologize if you were not completely satisfied during your recent visit to Infiniti of Memphis. We strive to make sure all our customers are treated fairly and kept up to date on all their vehicle needed repairs. I understand that you visited the dealership on November 26 with 3 concerns. -Your convertible top was stuck open - a Check Engine Light issue and an Air Bag light on the dash. Our diagnosis (3 separate for 3 separate issues) did show that your convertible wiring to the flipper doors were cut and that you would need the reprogram of the TCM and that your airbag light issue was an occupant sensor failure. While we understand that you did not purchase the vehicle from Infiniti of Memphis, we would be more than happy to assist you in the future.

Thank you for a response, First off, your assessment of what was wrong was most wrong. I do not think you even checked the car over. I have already repaired the car with a new motor for the top. There were NO messed up wiring from the paddle doors. There was a fuse out which fixed the seatbelt problem and we reset things when we installed a new battery that you guys also missed. I am entitled to some return money so let everyone see just how honest and above board you really are!
