Just let me say very disappointing. I have been sitting here since 11 am. Keep being told my car will be ready. It’s 233pm. The professional thing for them to do if you are planning to wait for your vehicle is to share an estimated wait time. This is beyond ridiculous. Oh and I only wanted an oil change. Alight and inspection. I was told I could not get the alignment then later was told I could. They somehow got the cars mixed up and now I wait some more. I guess if you have a newer model you can get better service. So sad angry and disappointed. More

I’ve had the worst experience for the first time. Service department was to fix my speed sensor on my car which the cost was over $2000., picked up my car on Nov 9 and then here Dec 31 the exact same problem department was to fix my speed sensor on my car which the cost was over $2000., picked up my car on Nov 9 and then here Dec 31 the exact same problem. I called several times never got an acknowledgment call back. Left messages and still no call. I guess I should’ve ask for the old part after supposedly fixed the first time. More
