Since buying my car, I have been to the service dept (regular maintenance) on several occasions and have been thrilled with service they provide. Everyone is always very friendly and my car is well taken care of. Finally, my car has always been ready when promised (including a wash and vacuum service). Based on my experience with Infiniti of Memphis, I have already decided that I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them also. More
