I went to the dealership with my husband and Marty Pryor asked could he help us and we were shown the cars in the show room and on the lot. I was very impressed with the dealership and Mr. Pryor. I called the general number at Infiniti of Memphis Tuesday evening the week of Christmas and talked to Marty Pryor. I was unsure I if I wanted to buy my wife a car for Christmas or wait until later. I knew my wife loved the new Infiniti QX56 so I decided to give them a call. When I talked to Marty I felt extremely comfortable and he quickly answered all of the questions I asked over the phone. He invited me to come in and I visited an hour before they were to close. He had the exact car I was looking for waiting on me and we took a test drive. He was definitely not a high pressure sales person but was very professional and showed me everything about the car I was looking for. I decided to make the purchase and he helped me set up the suprise, etc. and I picked it up Thursday evening the day before Christmas Eve. They were so wonderful setting up the financing, insurance, switching over the tags, giving me a fair price for the trade, etc. and I was in and out of there in less than an hour when I picked up the car. They also invited us to come in the next week to show my wife everything about the car. They spent 1 hour and 45 minutes showing me, my wife and kids everything and that was extremely helpful and enjoyable. This car purchase was the easiest, most enjoyable and overall best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. More

I bought my 10th Infiniti [G37 IPL] from Tony Busby, the premier car salesman. He has been my salesman for nearly 20 years. None is better. Low pressure and always provides the best deal. Infiniti of Memphis is without a doubt the most Customer Oriented Dealership in the country, both in Sales and in Service, for any brand of car. My latest opportunity to visit the Dealership was to buy my 10th Infiniti. As with my other 9 purchases, also purchased at Infiniti of Memphis, this one went extremely smooth and was a very satisfactory event. The price of the car was more than fair and the Service, from the beginning of the purchase to departing the Dealership in my new car was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to ensure my visit was enjoyable, not only ensuring I received a detailed and thorough review of the new car, but ensuring I was introduced to the Service Manager and his staff for future Service visits. Customer Service – Top notch. Always listens to the Customer’s concerns and they bend over backwards to accommodate any need. Everyone in the Dealership goes out of their way to learn a Customer’s name and to always greet them when they come to the Dealership. Everyone ensures the Customer’s time at the Dealership is well spent and that they are in and out as quickly as possible and that they are fully satisfied. Quality of Work – Car was delivered in spotless condition. Every effort was made to ensure Customer had a thorough understanding of the car and how it operated. Previous experience with the Service Department further supports the Outstanding Quality of Work performed at the Dealership. Friendliness – You cannot find a friendlier Dealership. Everyone in the Dealership knows the customer’s name, says hello and they always ask how they are doing and how they are enjoying their new car. Whether talking to someone in the Dealership in person, on the phone or via email, it is always an enjoyable experience. Overall Experience – Outstanding. Whether working with the Sales Department or working with the Service Department, the Customer is always treated with courtesy and respect. Infiniti of Memphis is like a home away from home. It is that type of Dealership. Price – Outstanding, especially considering the Model of car I purchased. Infiniti of Memphis, in my experience over the last 20 years always will, without hassle, provide a price that cannot be beat, taking into account the Customer Service provided, the quality of the Service Department, and the care provided by the Sales Department. I recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a new car. I especially recommend to my friends that drive Mercedes, Lexus and other luzury cars that they should consider an Infiniti because of the Dealership. It can be said, without hesitation, that the Infiniti of Memphis is the best Dealership, bar none. More
My experience was very positive and Marty was extremely professional. Of particular importance to me is the fact that he was very willing to communicate via email. For extremely busy people, this is a big plus compared to telephone or in-person visits, since our schedules never have to coincide. As for the negotiation process, there was relatively little back-and-forth and we were able to come to an agreement without wasting a lot of time. I haven't yet had any experience with the service department of this dealership, but my contact with the sales department has been very positive. More
