That made the decision so much easier as I had facts and data to make my decision. I walked away with the new convertible without even taking a test drive! And I must comment on Grant (he is the in house expert on all of the features) - he took the time to show me the differences between the two cars and how to operate some of the new features. That was so helpful!!!! I have owned my infiniti for about 2 1/2 years now and everytime I have taken my car in for routine service work I have had a great experience.
