I was wanting to trade in my 2003 Mercedes SL500 convertible, and the only other car I would consider was the G37 Infinity Convertable. I walked into the Infinity showroom and was introduced to Mart convertible, and the only other car I would consider was the G37 Infinity Convertable. I walked into the Infinity showroom and was introduced to Marty Pryor. I hate buying a car because of my previous experiences, BUT.....this was a completely different experience. Marty upfront with me on the pricing, and I am very imporessed with the level of service "after the sale". Marrty and the Infinity of Memphis dealership has bent over backwards to make sure the car was delevered to me in perfect condeition. Would I reccomend Infinity of Memphis to the general public? Emphatically Y-E-S!!! I have nothing against the other salespeople at IOM, but working with Marty is a pleasure so I reccoment that you ask for him. This dealership had the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. Gave me everything I asked for. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered before my purchase. I was amazed at how quickly the process went. After I had selected my vehicle, I was driving off the lot 2 hours later. Bryan Davis was very easy to work with and had lots of info about the vehicle I chose. I will be back to deal with Infiniti of Memphis again. Love my new ride!!!!! More
Sales Consultant Marty Pryor was very knowledgeable and a true gentleman. He was dependable, and quickly made me feel that I could trust his input and that he wasn't just trying to "sell me a car". He actually steered me to a less expensive vehicle based on my description of wants and desires...and by the way, I am very happy with the "less expensive" model. Martin Pryor does not in any way fit the old stereotype of a "used car salesman". Martin is a professional, proud of his experience, knowledge, and jealous of guarding his reputation, even at the expense of a potential few dollars of extra profit. What's the payoff? I'll be back, and I'll ask for Martin. And I'll tell my friends. More
