When i told him that i wanted a 2012 QX56 with all details from color to tire Marty Pryor worked with me in locating the exact vehicle that i wanted. After talking with him by phone on a Saturday my QX was located, picked up, and ready for me the following Tuesday. I could not have asked for a better experience in purchasing a new suv. Just wanted to give a Shout out to Infiniti of Memphis on Getwell. This morning I took my car in for service for a fuse that had blown out in my cigarette lighter. I did not have an appointment , but when I Getwell. This morning I took my car in for service for a fuse that had blown out in my cigarette lighter. I did not have an appointment , but when I explained the situation to Chad Willits, he immediately took my car to the back. The department fixed the problem and even washed my car for which I was not expecting that at all , but it was much appreciated. I had some concern when the new dealership Wynn Infiniti opened up in Cordova , as to rather or not the service would be at the same level, but I am glad to report that the service is extremely excellent. Good service is hard to find these days and it is good to know that a dealership such as the Infiniti of Memphis on Getwell is maintaining the level of service expected by their Infiniti customers . I recently purchased a 2009 G37 sedan for my son who is starting college this fall from Infiniti of Memphis. We worked with Marty Pryor and had a great experience. It turns out my son and Marty are members of the same fraternity and Marty shared his college exeperience with my son and he was able to complete the sale in a short period of time. Marty has been in the auto business for a long time and he made the car buying experience comfortable and I felt like we treated fairly and got a solid car at a good price. I'm confident the car will get my son through 4 years of college with minimal maintenance and upkeep. More
