Paul Pope, the service manager, and Chad Tidwell, the salesman, went over the top helping me with the purchase of my vehicle. They worked with me and my brother to make sure that everything was just per salesman, went over the top helping me with the purchase of my vehicle. They worked with me and my brother to make sure that everything was just perfect. I always felt like they wanted to help me and not that they were helping me as part of my job. Chad made sure that everything that we had agreed upon occurred. He always went above the call of duty. He continues to check in with me and make sure that everything is going fine with the vehicle and that I don't need anything. Jayme, the girl that teaches everyone how to use the electronics on the vehicle, was equally awesome. She was very patient and helpful in teaching everything that I needed to know. She always made me feel like asking questions was perfectly ok. I would buy all of my other vehicles from them forever. The experience was over the top and the best experience that I have ever had buying a vehicle. They are fantastic. More
I did not purchase my Infiniti from here but I get it serviced at Inifinit of Memphis. I have dealt with at least 10 different dealerships from 8 diferent car makers but have never experienced the great serviced at Inifinit of Memphis. I have dealt with at least 10 different dealerships from 8 diferent car makers but have never experienced the great service that I have received from Doris Merritt. She is very prompt to respond to my inquiries and she and the service department is the sole reason that I will be an Infinit of Memphis customer for life. More
Dealing with service department is always a pleasant experience. Blake is very attentative and very professional. Alway very clear of expected costs and work on the front end of the service. I bought my 2010 Infiniti new at a dealership. I used the service dept on Getwell in Memphis after purchasing the car and received excellent service. When the dealership closed, I went to the one on Germanto service dept on Getwell in Memphis after purchasing the car and received excellent service. When the dealership closed, I went to the one on Germantown Road. I had a problem with the blue tooth in July 2012. I went to the new dealership, and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. After speaking to the service department 1/2 dozen times, the issue (although covered by the warranty) was not fixed. I then called the General Manager and explained the problem again. He told me many Infiniti owners had the same issue. He futher told me, that he was on a technical committee at the corporate office, and that there would be a voluntary recall in 60-90 days. The Manager said it was a problem with the microphone, as there was only one in the car and it needed two. He said he would notify the service manager, Paul Pope to flag my record and call me once the recall was issued. By October 2012, I had not received a call from the service department. I called and asked for the General Manager again. He (Rod) told me the previous manager was promoted. I explained the problem I was having, and he was unaware of any recall. He called Mr. Pope, and the service department was also unaware. Rod told me to uninstall the phone and reinstall, but this also did not work. He then told me to take the car to the Apple store (I have an iPhone) and that he new someone who had a problem and they were able to fix it. Since that time, I have had at least 1/2 dozen contacts with the corporated office, and have not received a return call from the General Manager after leaving 3 voicemail messages for him. The Bue Tooth is sitll not working properly. Although I like the car itself and had a good experience with the sales department in Nashville, I would never purchase another Infiniti or recommend that someone else buy one in Memphis due to the EXTREMELY POOR service I have received. Unfortunately, it is the only dealership in town. The lack of response from Infiniti is extremely disappointing. I expected so much more. All is great when you purchase the car, but lousy customer service is a deal breaker for my. Buyer Beware. More

We really enjoyed working with Marty Pryor at the dealership. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were looking at!! We all know (and sometimes dread!) how difficult finding and buying a new car can be. But Marty and the rest of the Infiniti of Memphis staff made the experience very pleasant.
