He kept going to different managers to request permission to get closer to the price I wanted. The process end up being really disorganized. Manager A offered me something but it was not what I was looking for so i decided to look elsewhere. My salesman told me that he wanted my business and asked me to talk to manager B. Without knowing all the details of the manager A offer, he offered a better deal than manager A. My salesman was visibly upset at the new offer; it was clear that he receives more incentive by selling the car for the highest price possible. To finalized, the general manager did not approve what was offered to me by the manager and the sale man told me to go to other dealers in a very unprofessional manner. Then he turned around and left me, my wife and our baby in the lobby, i had to walk to his office and gather my belonging. There was no thank you or any signs of courtesy extended. To finalized, he saw me leaving and told me to peace out. More

They are kind, attentive and willing to go out of their way to assist in every aspect, not just the purchase. It is though they become my personal assistance in meeting my needs both in service and in sales. This is my third purchase there in a row and I know where my fourth will be. More

Dealer not very responsive These people acted like they did not want to sell us a car. Getting a quote was like pulling teeth, it took me following up multiple times to get someone to call me back and give me a quote. The dealership would not even honor the ad they have on their website. They said that the fine print said that they did not have to honor the ad. Worst car buying experience ever especially given that we were there to spend $80K. We called the Infiniti dealer in Nashville which was very friendly and responsive and bought the vehicle we wanted for $180.00 per month less than the Memphis dealership. More
