After reaching out on line to Infiniti of Memphis, I was contacted by Tony Busby. It wa the first time, in many years of car buying, that I genuinely liked a car salesman. Tony was, simply stated, outstanding. Thoroughly knowledgeable, well versed in his product, and very accommodating. I never felt the usual " what will it take to get you in this car today" pressure, instead getting my questions answered, and plenty of information to assist me in making a decision to purchase. While this is our first Infiniti, and it is very early on in the ownership experience, I fell highly confident going forward as an Infiniti owner. If you are considering an Infiniti, you owe it to yourself to consider Infiniti of Memphis, and particularly,Tony Busby. More
Resolved some of the issues with purchased car The dealership did address the most important issue (the check engine light) that arose after the purchase of a Volvo XC90 from them. Trouble with purchased car, but dealer supportive, helpful We purchased a Volvo XC90 from Infiniti of Memphis. After just a couple of drives over a few days, the check engine light came on. Also, the left rear We purchased a Volvo XC90 from Infiniti of Memphis. After just a couple of drives over a few days, the check engine light came on. Also, the left rear door won't open from the inside, something we were unaware of. However, the people at the dealership have been very helpful and supportive, and have said they will fix everything. Dealer is also replacing a defective YAW sensor on our car, as was agreed upon before purchase. Overall, pretty good experience, and dealer accepted full responsibility for the car they sold us, no questions asked. I would say it is a very good dealership, and they go above and beyond to make the customer feel happy and appreciated. More

I bought my G37 convertible used and expected to be treated like an outcast when I brought it in to Infiniti of Memphis for a rattle in the top mechanism. To my surprise the service manager went right to work on getting the car checked out and insisted that I take one of the maintenance loaners until they could figure the rattle out. They kept my car for a week and when I picked it up they explained that a service bulletin had been issued against the top mechanism which they complied with and that they had also serviced the car. The service manager insisted that there was no charge for any of the work and appologized for keeping the car for so long. The car is now rattle free. I now have a new benchmark for customer service and Infiniti of Memphis has a customer for life. More

Solid Performance I own a 2005 G35 that needed service. Made an appointment via their website that was cumbersome, not intuitive at all. But i got through that, and the rest is a great story. I arrived early and was greeted with a smile, took care of me then and off i went in a loaner car. The work was completed early and when i arrived to retrieve it, it had been washed (a 3 star wash job) and looked good. I was greeted by my name, papers ready for payment and took care of it in minutes. Overall a great experience: nice people, greeted with a smile and the exterior of the car looked better than when i bought it in. They also took my payment with a smile but I expect that as I do in my business. The weakest part of this experience was their website and thankfully, i can just call them and talk to a person instead. Thanks Infiniti of Memphis! More

Your service advisor appears with a brief Q & A of any additional problems to be checked and then you are off to a comfortable environment to wait until the service has been completed. I have been an Infiniti customer since 1997 and the quality of service has not declined over the years. (I do not like the distance to this dealership.) Gerald, my advisor kept me posted on the progress of my car. Bravo! More
