Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, courteous and professional. I purchased the only M35h they had in stock (and expect to have for quite some time) so there wasn't as much wiggle room on price and professional. They've offered extensive training on this vehicle, which so far I haven't needed or had time for. They also let me drive the car off the lot and followed me to my office to pick up the check, which saved an extra trip back to the dealership, so customer service is really a 5+! More

This was my first visit to Kuni Infiniti in Lynnwood, WA. I had to get my oil changed and assess some expensive replacements suggested by an other dealer on which I had my own doubts. My experience with this dealership has been outstanding and has revitalized my respect towards Infiniti. The people at this dealership truly care for the customer and provide you with an accurate picture of the condition of your car which I thought was rare in today's world. Service folks were just exceptional and such people are the key assets to an organization. The original price on the oil change itself is unbeatable and I was given a 20% online discount. Also, I was told that the replacement suggested by another dealership could wait for some more time and I was very relieved to hear that since I had spent so much on the car already. Also, little things like the setup in their waiting area with a big screen TV, free soda, coffee and snacks I thought gives an impression of how well they value the customers(Thanks for the biscotti!). This dealership is 10-12 miles away from my closest dealer. Yet, I would not mind driving down there for my next visit. They might not have profited much during my first visit - but I know where to go for my next scheduled service which will cost around a $1000 and in fact for any service issues. More
