I had a wonderful experience with INFINITI of Lynbrook. Riju was very pleasant to work with and gave me the time and space to choose the car that was a fit for me. He was efficient, friendly, and provided all the answers to my questions regarding the vehicle (Car FAX, mileage, etc.). He even threw in some freebies that I was not expecting at all. He walked me through the process and also made sure that I was comfortable while completing necessary paperwork, adding insurance, etc. He even came to pick me up to help with the transportation of getting back home with my new car (lucky for me I live close ) Joe, the director was also pleasant and friendly. We had the opportunity to discuss important information before purchasing my car. Marty was full of personality! As the finance director, he made the experience rewarding. I stepped into his office and learned so much. He was patient to answer all of my questions regarding warranty packages to make sure I was comfortable and had peace of mind. He made the experience even that much more rewarding. I would highly recommend all of my friends and family to INFINITI of Lynbrook. Not to mention, the brand is amazing!! The car runs extremely well and is very comfortable and totally worth the $$$. More
