Overall excellent experience with professional salesman I recently visited this dealership for servicing on my car.(2012 g37) while in the waiting area I was approached by a young man who simply asked how I I recently visited this dealership for servicing on my car.(2012 g37) while in the waiting area I was approached by a young man who simply asked how I was doing. We began speaking about the issues I was having with my car and he informed me that the problems I am having now can be serviced and fixed but they were actually having a special this week, I'm assuming because it was the end of the month. He gave me his business card and later on that day my husband and I returned to the dealership. We were interested in a vehicle that was fuel efficient but gave us the same comfort as the car we had. He took us on a test drive with the q50 and I fell in love. The salesman (Rennoy) went into intricate details and the overall performance of the vehicle. We reasoned on a price point that was a lot less then I expected to pay and I also traded my car in. Rennoy has given me a spectacular experience and I will definitely recommend not only the dealership, but certainly him personally because it's been a while since I've felt like I wasn't being sold a dream. Nor forced into something. More
They don't care about the customer This is the last place in the country I would go if I was buying an Infinti vehicle, I turned in my old vehicle and leased a new one here. One and a h This is the last place in the country I would go if I was buying an Infinti vehicle, I turned in my old vehicle and leased a new one here. One and a half months later I get an email from my credit monitoring service informing me that I was 2 months behind on payments for my old vehicle. After calling the dealer it turns out that they had failed to "ground" the vehicle in their system. When I tried to get them to remove the negative report from my credit they basically told me it wasn't their problem and they didn't really care. I also had a bad experience in 2009 where they told me Infiniti had stopped making the vehicle I was leasing so they could sell it to me. More

UNPROFESSIONAL car dealers, SOMEWHAT-PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS Hard to make this long story short, but bottom line, the sales team at this dealership is completely unexperienced in doing business the right way. Th Hard to make this long story short, but bottom line, the sales team at this dealership is completely unexperienced in doing business the right way. They are however, professional schemers and I feel bad for customers who dont have the xxxxx to realize that until you sign the contract, you can get up and walk away... And thats EXACTLY what I did. Came to terms on a deal over the phone with a saleperson. I am greeted by him at the door and he seemed motivated to do business and is very quick to take my information, start paperwork and verbally tell me that we are good for the deal we spoke about. As we are going through the orocess my gut is giving me this feeling something isn't right. Long story short, Knowing I had to be somewhere by a certain time and wanting to pick uo the car a few days later, my gut is knocking louder when they insist I must take the car today and it will only be an hour wait. THREE hours later, I finally get to the desk to discuss my bill with a finance manager only to see the amount due at signing on the contract is $700 HIGHER THAN WHAT WE AGREED UPON!! Seeing my frustration, he brings in a sales manager who then begins his gimmick to try and allow me to understand the reasons why they were ripping me off, but he failed to realize I wasn't born yesterday. I don't do business with scammers, so I told him the deal was off. This unprofessional, naive, rash, silly man then told me that HE felt DISRESPECTED! IF ONLY i actually said what was truly on the tip of my tongue, then he would have a reason, but basically he was upset I wasn't going through with the deal. If he only put himself in my shoes and mentally relived my experience as if it were him, hopefully he is smart enough to realize I was disrespected and upset. I'm in sales for 14 years, successful and respected, simply because I am honest with people. While its not fair to say all the associates of this venue are crooked, it is fair to say that if sales managers are, they control the show, and everyone is being screwed. I almost wonder how much they pay to have negative reviews removed from this site.. There are plenty of negatives on other sites about this dealership... Bottom line, stay away from this place and always follow your instinct. It would have saved me 3 hours of my time... More
