Patient, Helpful, Honest.. Ive been on the market looking for a G37x for about 4-6 months now. Ive run the gambit of different dealers ranging from opening the door for me so I dont see the dents on the car to smiling through their teeth when they were giving me a raw deal. So needless to say I was a bit reserved when it came to a place my mechanic recommended. First impressions pulling up were modest as the place is currently under reconstruction. They have a nice selection of cars out front which are constantly being looked over to check for any scratches or dings. This showed me they cared about the quality of car they were selling people. As I walked into show room I was briskly welcomed and asked if I needed any help to which they lead me to a friendly fellow by the name of Scott. He was helpful and very personable. He wasnt pushy or aggressive which are major bonuses if you dont like the feeling of being grilled into a deal but more than anything he will work with you within reason. However, more important than anything else listed here thus far is how comfortable they are with the quality of their cars. As I mentioned, I was on the market for 4-6 months. Alot those deals fell through because they wouldnt let me take the car to an independent mechanic. Major red flag when buying a car. These guys without hesitation enabled me to go. Which was rather refreshing. Overall I would recommend this dealer. You may find "cheaper" prices at private sales or used lots. However, you cant put a price on peace of mind. The price, condition, and mileage on the QX58 was as advertised and, because we had traveled from Fairfield County Connecticut to Lynbrook on Long Island, we were prepared to do a same day deal with our Infiniti EX35 as our trade in. Scott Gallo and Dyamon Davis were gracious and very helpful as we took the QX58 for a test drive and asked our questions about it. Scott and I negotiated on friendly terms the trade in value and the ultimate price of the car and arrived at a win/win solution. The registration and insuring of the car, being that we live out of state from their dealership, was complex but expertly handled by Fabiene and her associates. All in all we had a nice day in Lynbrook and drove home in our QX58 with smiles on our faces. We highly recommend Infiniti of Lynbrook. More
