"GREAT ATTENTION AND DETAIL" I had a great overall experience with the dealership. The employees are friendly and attentive. I bought a used Sport SUV which I absolutely fell in love with when I saw it. It was mint except for a few minor flecks in the paint in a couple spots on the rear quarter panel. I had to drop the car off for a registration from the dealership and they gave me a loaner, I asked if while it was there if the car could be touched up in the area where the imperfections of the paint were and Scott Gallo told me he'd take care of it. When I got the vehicle back the paint was completely redone instead of "touched up" in the area on the quarter panel, and the car looked like it just came out of the showroom. I wasn't expecting anything more than a touch up I told Scott and he said to me "Are you kidding me? I'm going to take care of you." The entire staff the minute you step through the door makes you feel comfortable. The receptionist got coffee for me and the new showroom on Sunrise Highway is gorgeous. This is my second experience with a used Infinity and this dealership and I Highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a quality used luxury vehicle where the company stands behind their product CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! (and I have to also thank NJERI, FABIAN AND CHRISTINE for your help!) Thanks again SCOTT! More

I shop around for quality and for an establishment that displays genuine customer appreciation, transparent / fair sales tactics and interest in addressing my concerns with the vehicle. Infiniti of Lynbrook surpassed my expectations. From the moment I called with my first inquiry to the moment I exited with keys in hand, I was handled with professionalism and treated to truly exceptional dealership performance, specifically by Scott Gallo, Used Car Manager, and Anthony Ribando, Client Advisor. I highly recommend them. More

The manager Scott promised that we would set up a date when I was available and the work would be done. So I dropped the car off to the dealership and Scott set up a loaner car. By the time I reached my destination I received a phone call that the work was already finished. Scott is a man of his word, he said that they were not any problems and everything would be fixed to my liking. That is exactly how my car was returned. Looking forward to doing business with Scott in the Future. More

I won’t go into details but my mood immediately changed for the positive once Ronnoy Moore approached my husband and me. I was in the market for an SUV, but nothing too big. I was in love with the new QX50 but was having difficulty finding the one I wanted. Well, Ronnoy did his magic and found the exact vehicle of my dreams! Ronnoy and the staff at the Lynbrook’s office were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very caring. Ronnoy was patient and responded to all of our questions. My husband is NOT the easiest person to sell to, but his experience at the Lynbrook’s dealership was so positive that he plans to return in a couple of months to buy his new vehicle. I’m loving my new SUV!! I would recommend to anyone visiting Lynbrook’s dealership for all future car purchases. Thank you Ronnoy!! ? Leeana Koznesoff More

When we entered the building we met with the General manager Scott. We talked with them to for a couple of minutes so they knew what we were looking for. Jose then ook us to the location where the cars were, we looked at many cars in and out of each one, checking features and everything else. He never tried to push any car on us. He was very patient and any questions that we had he was there to answer them. We finally decided which car we were going to purchase took it for a test ride then headed back to start tge paperwork. When we returned to the dealership Scott came outside to see if there was anything more we needed. We voiced our concerns abour something minor and he assured us it would be taken care of, which he put in the paoerwork. Then there was the finance person Martin, who sat down and explianed everythinf to us about the payments and the extended warranty. They were all such a great crew from the manager Scott, to the Saleman Jose and finance manager Martin. Thank for you a great experience purchasing my first car. More
Dishonor online advertisement One price and downpayment was advertised online. I called and spoke to someone twice, emailed them and confirmed the details and stated the car is Premium, not Base. I call again, twice before turning up to confirm the deal, was assured it was exactly as stated. I spoke to two young ladies then was passed off to a young man. He is not even aware of the advertised price, so he pulls up his Mac and confirms. He continues to run back and forth to his manager, and said we will honor the ad. Finally, the manager shows up and "claims" the girl screwed up and told me $25 added for 5K miles and my corporate discount will be $1700. We got pass that and he said he'll honor $269 15K , $1795 cap cost. I am given an application to complete but I told him I want the numbers before he runs my credit it. Kid shows up with $4900 down, $269 down. I asked for the breakdown, I asked what's tax and fees he goes "I don't know, I am here for two weeks". So the manager shows up with the breakdown, I live in NJ, will register car in NJ, manager claims I have to pay NY tax code because I work in NY. (How does he know that, but I do work in NY). That first statement is such B.S. & my blood boiled. His taxes were close to $1400. Even with a NY tax code of .8375, its is not such much , muchless with a NJ 7%. The $1795 cap cost, turned up in excess of $2700. I was like surprised how everything was adding up. I then show in the advertisement. Once he couldn't explain the extra charges properly, he jumps to say I am getting you a Premium car that's worth $40 000. The ad shows MSRP $37 000 and says Base. I called and they say NO, its Premium but price stands. Stop acting like I begged you for a Premium car. The deal was turning out to be okay until an extra $1300+ appeared in the equation. I walked out. It was a sad experience. I feel so bad the couple sitting in there. I felt like it was coming for them next. I know dealers are in for a profit but you need to display some customer service and the manager needs to be more professional. The salesman needs to be educated or at least stop acting ignorant about basic stuff. More
