My recent lease I recently leased a brand new q50 premium from this dealership. I agreed to the make model package and price verbally and awaited delivery. It took 6 I recently leased a brand new q50 premium from this dealership. I agreed to the make model package and price verbally and awaited delivery. It took 6 days until my car arrived. When it did finally arrive it was 8pm this past Monday night. I signed all the papers and gave the delivery guy the down payment. He handed me the keys and left. It was raining on Monday night and due to the weather I made a huge error and did not go inspect the car. The only thing I looked at was the outside of the car and made sure it said 3.0 on the side of the car as was agreed upon. I looked at the keys and noticed a tag on it - it said test drive. My heart skipped a beat. I've always heard of the stories but fortunately never experienced it. I quickly went outside in the rain and got into the car. Turned it on and looked straight at the odometer - it said 381 miles. At no time throughout the entire transaction was I ever informed that I would be receiving a test drive car. I was fuming. I started looking around the car and noticed quite a few things that I was promised were missing. No heated seats, No power tilt. No user memory. No reverse tilt mirrors no heated steering wheel etc etc. I realized I was about to start a brand new 39 month lease with a car I did not agree upon. The following day I called the dealer. I explained to him the situation and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I called infiniti customer service and was told my information was not in the system yet. Pleased to hear this information - I called the dealer back to tell him to stop the paperwork on this car, get me the car we actually discussed and agreed upon and we'll call it a day. He then told me to not be so worked up about 381 miles. I told him that while I dont appreciate that he pulled a fast one on me by sending me a test drive car I was fuming that he didnt send me the premium package car I am paying for. He asked what I was talking about so I went on to explain all the items that are lacking and he sounded shocked. He then tells me that HE made the mistake and didnt realize that Infiniti changed the packages this year and that I got a premium car without the premium plus package. I told him to fix this. He called me back to offer me a free damage waiver for the car. I know I signed the papers. I now know I pretty much have zero options and will be stuck with my barely there q50 3.0 premium because of an incompetent salesman at this dealer. Use this dealer at your own risk. More

Unprofessional and unfair After return their car a day after I get it its now over two weeks and I still can get my deposit when I call they put me on hold,they take the car wi After return their car a day after I get it its now over two weeks and I still can get my deposit when I call they put me on hold,they take the car without giving me anything to state that I bring it back I had to take the police there to get something to state that I bring back the car the general manager gave me his number and promise I will get back my money I have been calling since and my calls does not pass the operator, Infiniti of lynbrook I'm still waiting for my hard working money I'm still waiting......the last thing I was told is that after the bank take their fees if any left I will get it I contacted the bank and the Bank said they have nothing to do with my down payment because that money goes to the dealer and I'm not a customer because my paper works was cancel and send back to the dealer I'm using this medium to get some help pls More
