I found a low-mileage, Audi Q5 online and had no issues requesting additional information and negotiating a GREAT DEAL with Dymond David and Scott Gallo. This dealership was very honest and straightforward throughout the entire process. I flew in from Chicago to compete the transaction and the Q5 was detailed and topped off with gas. After completing the paperwork, I was on my way with a great used car. (The top of all black off, Scott treated us a NY pizza for lunch) All-in-all, I would rate this dealership a 10/10 for their excellent staff, competitive pricing, and customer service values. From the minute I walked in I didn't feel comfortable, I was assi Recently I was shopping for New Infiniti QX60 and stepped into Infiniti of Lynbrook. From the minute I walked in I didn't feel comfortable, I was assigned Tiffany as the sales person. While she was friendly, I found her either totally oblivious about the products she is selling or she thought she is smarter than her customers and can say whatever she likes and they will believe it. When I asked about 2017 model, she said they haven't arrived yet, meanwhile their own website shows them in stock. I understand if they wanted to clear their 2016 inventory first, but out lie, rang the bell for me. Then when I asked what is different, she again said there is nothing new since infiniti just redesigned the vehicle. So I educated her that there is a new engine offering 30 more HP and newer DVD system etc. When I inquired about the price I was offered $2000 below MSRP, for outgoing model! I told herI can get 4K below through Truecar and had a better offer from a NJ dealer. What ticked me off was the price they offer for my trade. My car was in excellent condition and they offered $6000 below what KBB and other online sites had estimated. After wasting a couple of hours I left never to deal with them again. I just bought my car in color and the options I wanted, the dealer gave fare price for my trade, which was at the top end of KBB estimate. I got a very good price for a loaded 2017 QX60. I bought the car from Salerno Duane Infiniti, I had to drive 60+ miles from home, but I would do it again because of the pleasant experience I had. Worst part about dealing with Infiniti of Lynbrook is that Tiffany gave my information to 3rd party, who recently called to find out if I am interested in buying Or leasing the QX60. Had I known this I would have never given my personal information. Where is customer privacy and trust? Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. More

I had priced the lease of my 2017 QX60 with other dealerships and leasing companies, as I did my homework. Scott Gallo beat all their prices with all of the same packages in the vehicle, which was loaded. My wife and I came in, and everyone at Infiniti was very nice and friendly. All paperwork was ready for us to sign. They do not push you into buying any aftermarket services. It was a good experience. I have previously leased a few Infiniti's, and would continue only working with this dealership. Scott even called to follow up making sure everything was OK, and that if there were any issues, he would take care of them. More

The salesman that assisted me with my purchase was knowledgeable about the car and spent whatever time was required with me to answer questions. The Sales Manager Scott Gallo and his team are true professionals. It was easily the best car leasing/buying experience I have had. If you are in the market for an Infiniti and you live in the New York area, Scott G and his team at Infiniti of Lynbrook should be your first and only stop. I highly recommend them!! More
Unexpected Infiniti Purchase For Months I was searching for a 2014 or 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. However it had to be the Platinum addition. I had finally found the perfect Pathfind For Months I was searching for a 2014 or 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. However it had to be the Platinum addition. I had finally found the perfect Pathfinder with all of the option I was looking for which I had located on True Car at the Infiniti of Lynbrook dealership. I placed an online inquiry for that vehicle, and like many time before I never received a phone call. Finally one day out the blue I received a call from Kaitlyn of Infiniti of Lynbrook. I decided to return her call. She asked if I was still interested in a vehicle I told her I placed the inquiry about a Pathfinder several weeks ago and I doubt the vehicle was still there. She convinced me to come in, and I made that appointment for that Saturday. Prior to my appointment I decided to do some research on the dealership to get a feel as to what kind of place I was dealing with, because I already dislike pressure sales situations, and many of the reviews I read on the dealership were not flattering. However I decided to try go and keep the appointment despite my apprehension. I also had in back of my mind that I should look at the Infiniti QX60 since it was practically the same car as the Pathfinder, just more bells and whistles for a little bit more money that the Platinum addition of the Pathfinder When I got there I was greeted by Pierre who was the salesman who was assigned to me. I told him what I was looking for. He took me for a test drive in the QX60, and I was impressed. However the price of the vehicle was more than what I was willing to spend. On Monday I received a follow up call from Kaitlyn where I expressed my concerns, later that day I also received a call from Pierre. I also expressed my concerns with him. He asked to I come in the following weekend and we can just talk. I agreed. So the following Saturday I went back, however I went with my family he showed me an other QX60 which was a year old however had less miles than the first vehicle that I had looked and. Additionally the previous car I did not like the color of the interior and exterior (Wine Exterior, Beige Interior) He showed me 2 more vehicles. After some non pressure negotiations on the price where we both budged and met in the middle (More towards my liking) we had a deal. Scott Gallo was the sales manager and worked well with me on the price. The following weekend We signed the papers. The financing was non-pressure, and the payment proposed were exactly where I expected them to be. The extended warranty was way better than I ever could have expected. I told the sales crew specifically Pierre and Scott, that they just have turned me into an Infiniti Owner for Life. Between the service, the follow up call I will say that between the follow calls, because there were several between Kaitlyn and I, and Pierre during the 2 weeks. I will say that the sales staff is more than Professional and very Courteous, and in all Made me want to buy a car from that Particular dealership. By far the best car buying experience in my life. I end up taking my car to a different dealer where i did not purchase the car they help me with open arms. Rennoy is incompetent stupid salesman. This Infiniti Dealership is the BOMB!!!! So I decided to get a QX60 after having a Tahoe Truck and was very tossed about it at first because I wasn't sure if it would be the right fit for me So I decided to get a QX60 after having a Tahoe Truck and was very tossed about it at first because I wasn't sure if it would be the right fit for me and my family but after meeting Scott Gallo the store manager and Njeri Blair one of the salesmen , I realized this was definitely the choice to go with! There were so many awesome features to the QX60 that I had never had before and my kids were in love with the DVD players that were built into the the headrest too. Scott and Njeri made me feel so comfortable and were very kind and patient with me and my children while we were doing all the paperwork and last minute things that needed to be done to seal the deal. The dealership itself was so modern and clean and had the best popcorn in town!!!! They also give you 6 free carwashes after your all done signing everything too. I couldn't of ask for a more better experience then the one I got from Infiniti of Lynbrook........ A BIG THANK YOU goes out to Scott Gallo and Njeri Blair. You both Rock!!!!! Jodi Trupia More
