My 2016 Pre-owned purchase This past weekend, I decided to look for a replacement for my 2013 G37X. I have been mulling a replacement for a while. My requirements were very lo This past weekend, I decided to look for a replacement for my 2013 G37X. I have been mulling a replacement for a while. My requirements were very low mileage, good price, fair trade-in $$ and a premium accessory package. I started with AUTO-TRADER.COM and this dealership popped up with many cars of interest. I received a nice call shortly thereafter from SCOTT GALLO, sales mgr. I started from Riverhead and checked out two dealerships for comparable deals. One dealership had no cars with my requirements, the other had nice cars, but were thousands above what Lynbrook Infiniti offered. I also wanted to have a good ballpark trade in price for my vehicle, which was in very good condition. I met with Scott and NJERI BLAIR, a salesman, and instantly felt comfortable with their approach to me. After being offered lunch with the staff, NJERI and I drove several of the available Q50's around, each with different option packages. SCOTT then recommended a particular vehicle which I had not seen yet, and I was instantly amazed that the car fit all my requirements. SCOTT then sealed the deal by offering me an excellent offer for my car. They held the car a few days as I gathered my finances and then made my pick-up day an absolute pleasure. Lynbrook was a bit of a haul for me, but well worth trip. I can no say enough about these two outstanding representatives. My thanks also to service manager, MARTY OSA, for his efforts in trying to remedy a warranty cancellation on my G37X. Also, kudos to the document gal, who dealt with my frustrating insurance card replacement issue. I have had an excellent ten year relationship with the pre-owned sales people in a more local dealership and felt a bit guilty shopping elsewhere. SCOTT and NJERI changed my feelings and I am sure my same relationship will continue with them. THANK YOU!!!! More

Everyone I had dealings with were exceptional but I have to single out Sales Manager Scott Gallo who from before I first got to dealership called me on my cell and gave me his personal number and made contact with me for over 2 weeks while I was on vacation keeping me up to breast on developments and retrieved the car I specifically wanted from another affiliated dealer. He has kept his word on everything he promised and has fixed every minor detail or issue I've had. Amazingly he responds to every call or text immediately. I will only be buying in the future from Lynbrook Infiniti as long as Scott Gallo works there. More
