The car I ended up purchasing looked like it has been slightly clipped from the side. No dents, but marked up. Scott, one of the managers at Infinity of Lynbrook, gave me his personal number and promised it be touched up. Riju being my salesman was great, consistently stayed in contact with me at any time I had a concern, and truly went out of the way to assist me and make sure I had a pleasant experience. Marty, the finance manager, also extremely helpful, and had a very sincere feeling in the words he said. I'm on the younger side, so he offered me past experience of his to further assist me in the way of life. Everyone there is extremely helpful, and truly wants to help you if you're just getting into the new car world. I would definitely go back to them all again for any further car purchases. Infiniti 2017 Q50 Lease transaction with Tiffany Herbert I reside in North Carolina . My transaction with Infiniti of Lynnbrook started with a referral by my Uncle Tony that Tiffany Herbert would be my conta I reside in North Carolina . My transaction with Infiniti of Lynnbrook started with a referral by my Uncle Tony that Tiffany Herbert would be my contact at the dealership to discuss the Infiniti of Lynbrook special lease offer for a 2017 Q50 Signature Edition . Our call lead to a deposit to hold the offer until I could drive up from NC. I was in constant contact with Tiffany from that monday too thursday, Tiffany was excellent and available ( even on her off day from work ) in addressing the questions that I had with special options on the car . I would highly recommend Tiffany Herbert too future Infiniti customers . More

Either a Rip off to customer or not Knowledgeable This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with,( service department) service writer Leon is not Knowledgeable or is just trying to rip customers off. This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with,( service department) service writer Leon is not Knowledgeable or is just trying to rip customers off. my car was miss diagnosed because of the high cost my warranty did not cover their labor rate quotes. My independent shop that were reasonable rates perform the recommended service by the dealer and that did not resolve my issue ( knowing I have it in writing what I went in for) they never looked at what I asked for. Manager Joseph was not helpful either these guys are a rip off. I took in for noise on front end - they told me it's coming from transfer case (almost 3K Job) warranty company had another company replaced the transfer case at their facility cost issues... that did not resolved my issue still noise form from front end called them to let them know that they miss diagnosed my car and they never checked my wheel bearing that I specifically asked for that and was not done. Manager Joseph was not even trying to help ( Rude) when i spoke to him. More
