He made the whole car buying experience absolutely enjoyable. We went to Infiniti not really looking to buy on that day, but because of how fantastic, caring, non pushy, sweet, (you get the point) Riju is we decided to buy. We really felt like he wanted us to be happy and it wasn’t about his commission or moving cars. If he felt that something wasn’t necessary or right for us he told us, like I said no upselling. He was able to get us the car payment numbers fhat we wanted because of his integrity and he knows tips and tricks that he openly shared with us. You would never find some like him that takes the time to chat with his customers. Pierre Mathelier was on point. He's always one step ahead of everything. That tells you he knows what he's doing. Russ Archer helps in everyway possible. He advice you on which way to go that protects you in everyway possible especially when you are on the road and stuck. They assist you in every way possible. My experience overall was fantastic. My lil son enjoyed his time at this dealer especially. They all made it comfortable and enjoyable for him. Bait and switch My problem with "IOL" I found a car they had advertised on a few different websites. A Nissan Rouge 2012 for 10998. on trucar. on cars.com on their own website. Problem is, That is not the price of the car. price of the car was over 13000. On the dealer web site they have a disclaimer. The second line down states " Certain vehicles listed may not be available , or may have different prices." What, It's ok to advertise 1 price because you state "May have a different price." Why? Why "may it have a different price" So you can rip off the public? Give me another answer, Infiniti of Lynbrook. All lies when it came to the price of the car. Raised my monthly payment 3 times from 229- to 237- 250. Why, cause you thought you had a sucker that would let you get away with this. Buyer Beware. More
