Walking into this dealership just felt different, in a very positive way. I was given an appointment to meet with Adolphe one of the salespeople, and I am so grateful for that opportunity. Adolphe made the entire process so fluid and stress-free. His demeanor, personality, gestures etc, were all top class. He listened to what I, the buyer, desired and needed, then made sure that my needs were met. Many other dealerships I went to, forced upon ideas and actions onto the customer. What Adolphe did better than the rest was listening before suggesting/speaking. I got the car I was aiming for, and am beyond pleased with my purchase and experience. Russ from the finance department was also extremely helpful and made the financial transaction process easy as well. He as well, understood my concerns and requests and listened very well. He has been helpful even after the purchase. I strongly recommend this dealership and especially Adolphe and Russ. You will feel just as grateful as I do! More
