He was responsive and followed up with me throughout the process of my lease conversion to a purchase. He was also helpful in providing me with information about the advantages and disadvantages of re-leading vs purchasing. Ultimately, I paid more than I should have for the car and that was disappointing. I’m skeptical of most dealerships, but Adolphe appeared to be transparent. More

He asked me what I was looking for and I told him exactly what I wanted. He located a 2016 q50 redsport with only 1000 miles and gave me a fair price immediately. I told him that I needed to go home and figure out my finances and insurance. He didn’t put up a fight because he knew he gave me a great price. I came in yesterday and bought the car woth hardly any negotiating. Very good experience, I ant wait to continue to get cars from this dealership!!!! More

Bait and Switch I was recently in the market to replace my leased 2016 QX50. I called and spoke with Scott, who invited me for a test drive. I arrived at the appointe I was recently in the market to replace my leased 2016 QX50. I called and spoke with Scott, who invited me for a test drive. I arrived at the appointed time and was introduced by Scott to Riju, who was very polite, showed me the fully-loaded version in the showroom and took me for a test drive in a more basic model. To his credit, he was ok with me taking the car for a spin on the highway, and even to my house to see if it would fit in my garage ( the car is 5" wider than the old model). We then returned to the dealership, where Scott ran the figures and gave me an offer for the car I wanted , with everything the fully-loaded one had except for the cooled seats. I was ok with it and he said he didn't have it at the dealership but would get it for me. During this time , I repeatedly questioned Riju as to what I would NOT be getting in this model as opposed to the fully-loaded one I had seen in the showroom. He said" only the cooled seats", which I wasn't interested in anyway. Upon returning home, I looked up the various packages the car offered and it turned out he had left out an entire package that would include intelligent cruise control, lane departure, head-up display,etc which I definitely WAS interested in.That would have been TWO packages less than the showroom car.I called Riju to inquire and he assured me that the car we agreed upon had everything I wanted and he would have the car in a short time. I said I would like to see the window sticker before signing anything, came down to the dealership, to be informed that there was a mistake and the car would be there in a day or so. I was told they would call me- I'm still waiting. PS All this was done in writing via texts to both Riju and Scott. they didn't acknowledge my request to notify me when the car was actually there. Make sure you get what you want , not what they want to give you. More

Hard to find SUV in a short period of time! From the start, dealing with Cheyenne, Adolphe, and the rest of the team communication was crisp. I was looking for a particular color combination Qx80 as a surprise for my wife. There were 2 left on the east coast. I attempted 3 other dealers, who could not accomodate. Not only did this group give me a competitive, no hassle price on the new truck, but they located and arranged transportation from Boston. The car was here in a day and a half.... and immaculate. He was patient and great throughout the entire negotiation and transaction for my new car.
