Headlight issue Don’t go to this dealer for anything worst experience ever! I went there for a warranty issue on my Infiniti QX60 (under 500 miles) I had moisture in Don’t go to this dealer for anything worst experience ever! I went there for a warranty issue on my Infiniti QX60 (under 500 miles) I had moisture in the driver side head light I noticed 3 days after I got the car. I brought the car there for service the service advisor (David Irace) said that they needed to remove the front bumper to access the headlight then told me that the headlight was cracked due to impact on the car and that the manufacturer warranty didn’t cover it. Since I declined to pay for a new headlight they charged me $361 for labor and messed up my front bumper putting it back on. I then called consumer affairs and they referred me to another Infiniti dealer which they checked everything and found no signs of impact on the car and replaced the headlight at no charge. Don’t go to this dealer!!!! More

Nicest Salespersons I’ve dealt with in a long time. It was a pleasure dealing with my two salespersons Adolphe and Oscar. They went out of their way to locate the exact QX60 I wanted and Oscar the Sales It was a pleasure dealing with my two salespersons Adolphe and Oscar. They went out of their way to locate the exact QX60 I wanted and Oscar the Sales Manager gave me a very fair price on the vehicle. Adolphe my Salesperson was very thorough and kept me informed by texting me on a regular basis. He took care of all the preliminaries just by texting me to save me the time of having to repeatedly come to the dealership. When I picked up the vehicle Adolphe spent significant time with me explaining the various options in the vehicle. After completing all the paperwork I was thanked by Several staff Members and Managemt. All in All a very positive experience dealing with Infiniti of Lynbrook. -Martin More

Very displeased. Rude! I had a very bad experience here. Salesperson was very knowledgeable until we started to try to close the deal. He needed to go to the manager and I had a very bad experience here. Salesperson was very knowledgeable until we started to try to close the deal. He needed to go to the manager and things started to go downhill. I had a previous quote that I showed them to try to match my quote or come in near It. They were arrogant and condescending. The manager was in another room and couldn’t even walk in to speak to me. The salesperson was a puppet and kept going back and forth being the spokesman. The price they quoted me was so much more than I price I was quoted. I wanted to do business in Lynbrook since it is the most convenient location for future service. End result I went back to my original place and got my gorgeous Infinit for 100 less a month for same exact car!!!! Shop wisely my friends! More
