I had a lease that was ending and wanted to speak with someone regarding different options. I LITERALLY had 0 intention of buying a new car that day. My rep was, Isa Garcia. He was extremely professional and friendly. He asked great questions that allowed him to understand EXACTLY what I was looking for and showed repeatedly that he was paying attention and my best interests were his concern. He got an account manager to sweeten the deal even more for me but I was still concerned and wanted to think things over. I drove 5 minutes away, thought for 10 minutes, and turned back around knowing that I could not pass up on such a great deal. Not only was it the best I would I get, it was the best deal I had heard in the last 4 weeks of shopping around. I returned to Isa and we made it official. Despite living in the Bronx (45 minutes away), I am happy to have given my business to Infiniti of Lynbrook. Isa and the other staff who helped to make this painless exceeded my expectations and I am super appreciative for their support.
