Terrible Service Department. I would give ZERO stars You're service department staff are the worst I have ever encountered out of all of the years I have been with Infiniti. By far the worst service department I have ever been to. I have had 3 Infiniti's and have gone to Manhasset, Bayside and Massapequa and never got treated the way I was here. I came in for a flat because I have run flat tires and tire insurance. When I came in I wasn't even acknowledged as the lady at the front desk continued her personal conversation with her colleague speaking about how much she cant stand the employees that work there then I was told to just wait. After about 8 minutes of waiting, A service advisor came out and asked if I was waiting for someone in particular. I advised her I was just told to wait. She asked the lady in the front if she should call someone. The lady behind the front desk said "I don't care Im not anyones babysitter cant you see Im on the phone" After waiting for about 10 minutes an older gentleman came to the front and said he will help me. I gave him my name he started to look me up I told him I had a flat and he then responded to me " well I don't see that you have an appointment' So I told him, I would'nt have an appointment because I just got a flat tire and this was the closest location. He then proceeded to tell me that they do not fix run flat tires so he cant help me. Matter of fact they don't sell cars with run flat tires. I advised him I have insurance through Infiniti and pay for it through my lease do all Infiniti's not sell the same cars with the same options? He said well I cant help you. I asked if Massapequa was close to this location and he said I guess. I then had to drive 26 minutes to Massapequa on a flat. My question is as an Infiniti service department if you are stating you do not fix an issue related to the safety of your client why wouldn't you try to be accommodating to your client in ensuring you do everything in your power to make sure they get to the next service department safely? . Lynbrook should be ashamed of themselves. With the poor reputation you have you would think your location and its employees would want to do better, especially for your brand. More

I didn’t feel pressured, or taken advantage of, and I felt like people genuinely cared. I checked online with comparison sites and they literally gave me the best deal possible. Great Easy Experience I was recommended by someone to see Keston, and I’m happy that I did! He was able to see me multiple times, some by myself, some with my parents and t I was recommended by someone to see Keston, and I’m happy that I did! He was able to see me multiple times, some by myself, some with my parents and then again, all together when buying my car. He was very accommodating with my schedule and always made sure to fit me in to get me into the car of my dreams. I was really happy that he listened to me and acknowledged that I was there for 1 of 2 cars, either the Q50 or the Q60. Once I told him my budget and financial capability, he was able to narrow down the perfect car for me. I’m happy that he took the time, because so many car dealers will try to sell you everything but what you went for. After the Q50 seemed like the best deal for my budget, we test drove it and he explained the in’s & outs of the car, even went as far as to be honest about the weak points that I asked about and had researched prior. Honesty is incredibly important, and above all, integrity and I’m happy that he had both and was able to address my skepticisms and my enthusiasm accordingly. I decided to go with the Q50. He made things so easy by letting me know incrementally what my monthly payment would be after changing the down payment. We worked on the pricing, what I was able to put down, and if I was comfortable with the monthly payment. Once we got to the best deal I felt, I was incredibly happy. I had went to a 3rd party leasing company to price the car that claimed to be cheaper than the dealerships, but somehow Keston made it happen where I paid even less than they offered me. I didn’t think it was possible. After all is said and done, the Q50 became mine after a quick and relatively painless transaction with the financial manager. I was able to drive it off the lot within a week of test driving, discussing pricing, and payments. The car came out, waiting for me as promised, beautiful as ever. He had gotten it in the interior and the exterior colors that I asked for, and made suggestions with the satellite radio, and even ways to put the license plate on a different place. He gave me many good car wash deals, and explained the perks I would have for the first year and I was done. On top of that, he was able to take care of my outstanding lease with an entirely different car brand, something else I didn’t think was possible. I thought it would’ve been a headache, but Keston took it off my hands with no issue. Since then he’s continued to ensure that my car is doing well, and that I’m happy with it still. Any questions or concerns I have, he is one phone call away and readily available to answer them, even if the answer was in the manual that I never read. He is knowledgeable about the cars and speaks with a passion for Infiniti, because he genuinely likes the brand and the cars themselves. Overall, my experience with this dealership was good but my experience with Keston is great. I can count on him with anything car related, and when I’m finally ready for my Q60, he will be the one I will go to. His ever pleasant mannerisms and his calm, never pushy demeanor is one I look forward to working with again. My parents even loved him and they are the most skeptical when it comes to dealerships due to past bad experiences we’ve had before. As a customer, he didn’t downplay my age nor my income when buying this car, and I’m grateful because ultimately he got the sale from just being a good sales person and a good person.
