I love this dealership... I cannot believe that any VALID and HONEST customer would give them less than five stars. Whenever I have a service issue, I always call and make an appointment with Fabian. I have known him for several years now and he has ALWAYS been such an honest, nice and professional service manager. He ACTUALLY cares about his customers, their cars and their safety. He NEVER is pushy or tries to up sell a customer. I know the other people in the service department too and they are ALL very nice guys. I just met Fabian years ago and choose to utilize him for my service requests, but the other guys will do you justice as well. I hear their customers saying thanks again and you are the best EVERY time I go into Towbin Infiniti. I also had a great experience during the sales process at Towbin Infiniti as well… My sales rep was a great guy… He was fair, negotiated fairly to an amount which I was VERY happy with. He was not pushy and was easy to deal with. I NEVER do reviews but when I saw that customers were talking negatively about this great company, I had to stand up for them! I will be purchasing my next car from them again within the next month or so... I would NEVER go anywhere else in Las Vegas for my Infiniti! Mercedes and BMW cannot compare in my opinion to Infiniti... More
Experience may have changed since the last time I went in EVERY employee (except maybe the receptionist) was gone. I told the new sales manager that if the previous manager had had the common courtesy to re EVERY employee (except maybe the receptionist) was gone. I told the new sales manager that if the previous manager had had the common courtesy to return a phone call they might have had an opportunity to screw me again. There are only 2 Infiniti dealerships in Vegas and both (to my understanding) are now owned by Towbin and some thug like guy that goes by the name "Chop". That should say enough. I'll buy my next Infiniti in Palm Springs or Phoenix. If you're out of the area, there's a dealer in Knoxville, TN (Harper) that is excellent. I've bought 3 from them. Unfortunately they are a bit far for me now :( More
I purchased a car here early this year and it was a terrible experience almost from start to finish. The finance person I was forced to deal with used profane language, I was unable to reach anyone at terrible experience almost from start to finish. The finance person I was forced to deal with used profane language, I was unable to reach anyone at the dealership for days at a time when I had a question, I was lied to about the service package, and was told that someone from the dealership would go to the DMV for my convenience which never happened. All of this with more than 50% cash down payment and good credit. I really wish I would have taken my business elsewhere!! More
The dealership is disorganized and incompetent. Service is done poorly at outrageous prices and dealership does not care about complaints. Owner of dealership refuses contact from customers. Paid cash for 2005 Mercedes, drove off lot as they closed and vehicle broke down up the street. Salesman never returned call, Sales Manager cussed out husband, calls were never returned. Took contacting VP of Dealership to get anything done. To date (and 90 days later) the Service Contract talked into nite of purchase that wasn't needed due to Manufacturer's Warranty still in effect has not been refunded to me although the dealership was given credit over a month ago. All we ever wanted was what we were told we would get and expect at time of sale and treated with respect and a little bit of dignity. More
