Tobin has been our service provider for our 2006 G35 since we purchased it. Fabian Perez, our service manager, has been more than helpful. I stay with this dealership because of the service department, specifically that of Daryl Hern. Mr. Hern frequently goes out of his way to care for my car; in spite of having received less than stella department, specifically that of Daryl Hern. Daniel did a great job with us. I own a service company and would hire an employee like Danial. He did a great job of explaning the options with both the car and financing options. I recently received a letter inviting me into the dealership to possibly trade in my current Infiniti (QX56 - 2009) and purchase or lease a new one. Though I did visit the dealership, sadly, I owe too much on the QX56 lease and a "deal" did not seem to be possible. Nevertheless, I would like to bring to your attention your sales person Alex. He was very polite and knowledgeable, & nicely dressed and pressed. We went for 2 drives in in the Series M cars (one an M37, the other an M56) ... had a great time, & good conversation. He was very knowledgeable about both cars, relaxes as I drove, answered all my questions, and was very pleasant. More

I came in to look for used cars, as a first time buyer this is my 18th dealership going to in lasvegas.
