I went in to Towbin looking to lease a new G37 while taking advantage of a lease special. However, my needs included more milage than the special and the same down payment. My initial experience started out a bit rough. This was my fifth lease from Towbin Infiniti and...it probably will not be my last. I love the cars and the service from this dealership. They have always bent over backwards to make me happy during the intial deal and as a customer in the service department.Since I've driven so many infinitis in the last 15 years I feel like part of a family every time I enter their showroom... no high pressure. Driving an Infiniti sells you on the product. They don't need to do a hard sell unless you are a first timer. Tony Andre Jans made sure we got the best deal possible in these difficult economic times. We needed to bring my car payment down by half and he did just that. Darryl Hern in service will now take care to see that the car is driving always in peak condition. He has been my service manager for years and he is excellent . Deanna Gamez was one of the most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant salespeople with which I have dealt. I'm in sales and appreciated the absence of phony stories about why she could or coul knowledgeable and pleasant salespeople with which I have dealt. When she needed assistance from a manager, he was agressive without being offensive. The only negatives were regarding service information and documentation. During negotiation,I went to the Service area and inquired about the price of an oil change and any major service requirements and received quotes with which I felt comfortable. When I got to the Finance agent, she showed me the "benefits" of pre-paid maintenance in comparison to paying for each item individually. The chart she used showed an oil change figure that was 3 times what I had been quoted. She called a service manage and confirmed thatI had been given misinformation. To their credit, management agreed to honor the quote I had been given and agreed to my request to have it in writing and added to my customer record. As far as documentation, the only negative was time. From the moment I agreed to the purchase, it was one hour and forty-five minutes before I was able to drive off the lot. The Finance agent was professional and courteous and once I got in front of her the process took about 20 minutes. It was the 80 minute wait between "yes" and sitting down with doucuments that was almost inexplicable. Overall, the experience was good and I would recommend this dealership. Ask for Deanna when you arrive - you won't be disappointed. More

Work with Tony he is awesome!! We went to Vegas from ND! SWEET DEALERSHIP! The finance lady was also great and made me feel really comfortable even though I was signing a million papers.
