Best customer service in town! Before purchasing my vehicle from Towbin Infiniti, I test drove 21 other makes/models at 12 different dealerships in Henderson and Las Vegas. Towbin's friendly and knowledgeable sales staff were one of the main reasons I came back to this dealership multiple times while deciding what vehicle was right for me. Nowhere else in town did I recieve the attention and patience I would expect when making what I consider to be a major purchase. Sales associate Jeff Swanson and I test drove what seemed like every G and M on the lot, and never once did I get the impression that he was pushing me to make a decision. He answered all of my questions to the best of his abilities and even made some good suggestions on how I could get more out of my test drives. Assistant sales manager Jeremy Christensen was also extremely helpful throughout the process. You would be hard pressed to find anyone that knows more about the Infiniti product line than him. Seriously, ask him anything about their vehicles and he will answer in volumes. I also really liked his approach to sales. He was the only person I dealt with at any dealership that asked me what the primary use of the vehicle would be, explaning that beyond getting a great vehicle he wanted to be sure that it had the functionality that I needed. I feel that he really believes in the Infiniti product, and at times he simply let the vehicle sell itself, just highlighting the reasons Infiniti is a great choice. If you are considering an Infiniti as your next vehicle, go see Jeff and/or Jeremy for a no pressure, informative discussion about what Towbin Infiniti has to offer. The only criticism I can offer based on my experience would be to make all potential costs more transparent. I would have liked to have been informed of the pricing and details of the available maintenance packages before I was sitting down with the financial officer. I realize that these packages are not a necessary option, but a better understanding of what kind of savings they provide and how they may affect monthly payments would have been very helpful. Thanks to Jeff and Jeremy for all their help, and another thanks to Darryl and Fabian in the service department who have taken the time to make sure I have everything I need. The sales associate and the asssistant sales manager were the friendliest and most professional sales people I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I was so impressed that two weeks later I came back and bought my own brand new 2010 g37 sedan fully loaded. We returned to the dealership and received extraordinary customer service from Jeremy again. My husband leased a 2010 G37 sport sedan. Our original point of contact was through Towbin Infiniti's website. Jeremy was quick and efficient in returning my emails and phone calls. He worked out a deal with all the "bells and whistles" at an affordable price within my range. We have had both of our cars for a little over a year now and each time we have brought our cars in for service the staff, including jeremy, provides us with personalized attention and actually remembers who we are and prior personal conversations we have had. Jeremy definitely stole our business away from Acura (our former cars) due to the unparalleled friendly customer service. More

I went there 2 weeks ago and they told me that I got approved for a loan at an incredibly high interest Towbin Infinity is operated by THIEVES!!!!! I went there 2 weeks ago and they told me that I got approved for a loan at an incredibly high interest rate. I gave $3500 cash down and signed the contract. The $22,900 car would end up costing $55,000 total due to the ridiculously high interest rate. I drove the car home that night (after 5 hours of torture). About 2 weeks later the manager called me saying that I needed to find a cosigner... a cosigner?? 2 weeks after signing the contract??? very odd... This was a red flag that something was very wrong...After looking online I found out that this was the trap used in yoyo scam otherwise known as spot delivery scam. A way to pull people in the dealership and tell them that the financing did not go through so that the person can be convinced to sign a new contract with an even higher rate. A form of robbery.. The manager then used intimidation by threatening to send the police if I didn t go in the dealership. A couple days later, Towbin sent a towing truck and repossessed the car. WhenI called they told me I would not get my $3500 back because the towing damaged the car!! This is a horrible but true story that needs to be told!!! This dealership should not be in business as the employees have no sense of ethics. They are thieves and they must be sued, reported and shut down. This is unacceptable and I hope this story will help prevent other people from being scammed and robbed. More
