Bought a used car from jeff and ralph they were very accomidating and friendly. I had a few issues and brought it into service and brian took very good care of me. The only problem i had with the car i bought was the cars floormats were stained filthy which i had not noticed because they were in the trunk. When i said something they cleaned them but still stained, suprised they would sell a car on the lot with those dirty mats. I will have to buy new ones. This is my second car i have bought from them and i would recommend this dealership. More

By far the friendliest customer service of all the luxury car dealerships that I went to. This was the second time that I leased a car from Infiniti at Towbin and it was seemless. I told Deanna that I wasnt going to move forward until I got want I wanted and this was over the phone. I was unhappy with the mumbo jumbo at my Arizona Infiniti Dealerships (this is my fourth Infiniti lease) and a friend gave me Kevin McCarthy's contact info and said he was a "straight shooter" - my kinda guy Dealerships (this is my fourth Infiniti lease) and a friend gave me Kevin McCarthy's contact info and said he was a "straight shooter" - my kinda guy. We worked a deal out, over the telephone, that was far superior to the five Arizona dealerships I went to first. Prior to driving to Vegas, Deanna Gamez called to help set my car up for pick-up. I.e.: she had it tinted for me, exactly to my specifications. She suggested I email her a copy of my License, Insurance ID and credit information, so that much of the time consuming paper work could be filled out before my arrival. I drove over from Arizona and my vehicle was waiting for me in the parking lot. Deanna greeted me and continued her much appreciated personal touch. She walked me through the paperwork and then gave me a superb tour of the vehicle; explaining all the intricate, advanced and fun accessories. Not only was there not one single dollar of surprise between what Kevin and I had discussed on the phone as the price of the vehicle, but it seems the dealer had some dealer options already installed on the vehicle and I was not charged for them. The price quoted was the price paid - no xx, just a great deal from an honest broker. This is how a car lease should always be done, it is just not possible at many places. I would highly recommend Towbin Infiniti, Kevin and especially, Deanna Gamez, if you want to feel like a truly valued customer. More
