My experience with Tobin Infiniti was positive primarily because of Diane Casiello and Jeremy Christiansen. Diane was the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesperson. While Diane piqued my interest in a new car, Jeremy Christiansen was who closed the deal. He was able to establish a quick rapport with me, was able to bring me numbers within my budget and the result is that I wound up with an upgrade from the car I was originally looking at. Like many folks these days we needed the best offer possible. Diane was warm in her greeting, patient with us and seemed genuinely interested in helping us get that deal. Towbin Infinity was truthfully one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences in my life. Tony first called me about a Internet inquiry I made and was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I was purchasing a used car and I was impressed with the through inspection and condition of the car! It was in tip top shape and I knew the purchasing department knew what they were doing when they selected this car. Throughout the process, tony introduced me to his friends (coworkers, yes, a good workplace team are friends!) and it was a very different experience than I've ever had purchasing a car! I was also able to visit to Lisa, at the front desk, who was very happy and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job and helping me. Thank you, Lisa! Don came in several times during my purchase.
