My situation was unusual as there was no dealership in my immediate vicinity and my questions about the vehicle had to be answered remotely. Upon arrival in Las Vegas, Tony ensured that I was able to make it to the dealership, the car I was interested in was already staged and ready for a demonstration drive and he was very well prepared to answer any questions I had for him in regards to the car, the dealership and the overall sales process. Coming to an agreement on price was very fair and I never felt that I was being pressured about the options available to me. The financing conversation was fair, informative and complete, with no surprises. I've had great support after the sale and I feel that I will continue to receive the support and service as an owner after the sale as a received as a potential customer prior to the sale. More

Diane impressed me right from the beginning. When I drove up on the lot she was standing outside in 105 degree weather ready to greet me. She was very professional and polite.
