Made an out of state purchase, sight unseen of a pre-owned vehicle that I saw online. Their web ad provided a lot of clear pictures to give a sense of the condition of the car, but John's additional photos and information made me more secure in my decision. The price that was agreed upon was good, so the only thing to deal with was payment and how to get the car to California. Their shipping fees were very reasonable, however, I am one to have to see what I buy, just in case I want to pull out of the deal if something wasn't as mentioned to me in the ad or through our emails. John picked me up from the local airport and drove me to Park Place. (A very clean and well laid out dealership.) He allowed me to inspect the car. I found one thing missing from the car, but the dealership shipped me a new, replacement part (even though it wasn't an Infiniti branded car). Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase experience with John and the dealership. I would not hesitate to work with John or this dealership in the future. My daughter lives in Las Vegas, and was in need of a reliable car. We happened to be driving by when she spotted something she liked. I live in Alaska, so I was anxious to find her a vehicle that would work for her, and wanted the deal to be done and signed when I flew out of town. Our saleman (Mike) was awesome. and when financing for my daughter didn't work out, I was able to step up to the plate and help her. Finance was awesome in making the deal work. Should I find myself in need of a vehicle, I will go to Park Place, even while in Alaska, it was a pleasure working with them. More
