Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Ralph was more than happy to make sure the car I was interested in was ready for delivery, and in my range. I purchased a used Ford truck from Mike Rainone. Mike went out of his way to make sure that I was happy. I was very impressed at the level of service Mike showed, I paid cash for my truck and asked for went out of his way to make sure that I was happy. I was very impressed at the level of service Mike showed, I paid cash for my truck and asked for floor mats but was told that Larry's (the manager) policy is that all used cars are sold as is and he would not do anything to help but Mike took it upon himself to make sure that I had floor mats when I picked up the truck. ( I can only assume he bought them himself). I would recommend Mike as a sale person but have a hard time recommending the dealership, that is why I rated my overall a 3. More
I am happy to give Simeon a great review. I had currently owned a trailblazer and the miles were getting very high. I was looking for "something" more luxury and within a good price range. Been to several well known dealerships and walked out really frustrated!!! As soon as I parked my truck in the parking lot of one before I even took off my seat belt. Bam! Salesman in my face asking what I needed and I just felt like a commission. So after looking online for a few weeks my boyfriend found me a cute mercedes and had a lot of detailed pictures on the Park Place Infinity website. I dreaded the drive because I didn't want this anxiety of pressure and getting ripped off... Ok so my boyfriend and I pull in, park, and wow no one in our face? Really, I can walk around for a second to browse and I saw "my car". Walked inside to find help...there is Simeon :) He went over everything about this car! He knew so much!!! It's a Mercedes and I was really impressed because I am at an Infiniti dealership so that was cool. Then we went for a test drive. Comfortable and again letting me drive and making adjustments so I understand this vehicle!!! The car wasnt in perfect condition but it was a great deal still and it wasn't brand new so I felt like I still had a fair deal. By the end of the day I bought this car. It's been a month. And I still smile when I think of that day. He is just awesome. He made buying a car and spending a lot of money not so painful :) Thank you Simeon again and for I believe 3 cups of that good coffee u offered me!!! Brandy More
I will qualify my remarks by saying that this is an Infiniti dealer and I did not buy an Infiniti from them. I don’t recall a sign over the door, however, that said “If You Buy a Used Car From Us We Wi Infiniti dealer and I did not buy an Infiniti from them. I don’t recall a sign over the door, however, that said “If You Buy a Used Car From Us We Will Give You Poor Service”. I bought a used Toyota from them on Feb 5. The sale went well and I got a fair deal. I paid with a check which they accepted and it cleared my bank 3 days later. The salesman, John Landin, told me it would be 2 weeks or less to get the Dealer Report of Sale (DRS) so I could register the vehicle. And they would call me when it was ready. On Feb 9 I got a nice email from their General Manager, Larry Michaels, thanking me for the purchase and asking me to contact him if there was anything I needed. After 2 weeks with no call I emailed Larry Michaels on Feb 21 since I would be on that side of town the next day and asked if he could help get me the DRS so I could register the vehicle. I mentioned I paid cash and didn’t understand the delay. He never responded to my email. I then emailed the salesman, John Landin, and asked if he could help. He replied it was ready and waiting and that they had been trying to call me at “the wrong number”. I didn’t understand this as I had given them both my home and cell phone numbers. I emailed John Landin back and asked if they could have someone drop it by my work or mail it to me. No response. I had to take an hour off of work today to go and get it. My issue with Park Place is not that I had to go and get the DRS myself. My issue is that I receive an email from the General Manager, Larry Michael, offering “Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can ever offer assistance - either now or in the future.”, and he doesn’t even have the courtesy to email me back, let alone actually help with an issue. My issue is that the salesman didn’t bother to respond either once I asked for some help. This is not customer service. The customer service with Park Place Infiniti ends when the sale is complete in my experience. You have choices when you buy a car in Las Vegas. I recommend you choose another dealer. More

Simeon was awesome. He was very informative about the vehicles. Also, when I had an issue the night I brought the car home, he answered his cell phone late that night and took care of the issue first thi vehicles.
