I had been in communication with Warren Sterling for about 4 months. He called me after an on-line inquiry to our Infiniti JX. We weren't quite ready to buy yet, but he kept in communication with me a about 4 months. He called me after an on-line inquiry to our Infiniti JX. We weren't quite ready to buy yet, but he kept in communication with me about every month asking if I had any new questions. Never "pushy". When my wife and I finally decided we were ready to lease we contacted Warren and told him when we were coming in. He greeted us at the door, and I must say, this has been the best sales experience I have ever had at a dealership. Courteous, not pushy, answered questions, took test drive, spent time to show us "everything" on the vehicle. His commitment to us before the sale, during and after the sale are exemplary. Warren truly worked to get this deal, but worked in the most professional, concerned way I have ever experienced. He truly deserves salesman of the month or year. Like most of us, I have purchased and dealt with dealers many times over the years, and I would honestly rate Warren as the best! Thank you for making this the best experience we have had. I called Randy Carlson on the phone and told him what I was looking for. He called me back within an hour and had found my car. He was very professional and knowledgable. Unfortunately, I was not quite was looking for. He called me back within an hour and had found my car. He was very professional and knowledgable. Unfortunately, I was not quite ready to pull the trigger. I was about 6 weeks away from purchasing. He asked me if he could call me about a week before I was ready to purchase, in order to go over details and start looking again. I agreed. In the meantime, an exact match showed up at Park Place, so he called me to see if I would be interested in purchasing a little bit earlyin order to save the cost of shipping from another state. I was not ready and he did not push. Again, very professional. His follow up was excellent without being overbearing. I liked the fact that he did not have a pushy used car salesman mentality. I ended up buying my new QX56, from Randy, in the timeframe that I we had discussed and he put me in the perfect car that I absolutely love!! Everyone, from Randy to the General Manager, Arthur, my sales manager/finance contact, and the service and parts staff, were all excellent and very professional and helpful. Every time I go into Park Place Infiniti I am greeted by a professional and helpful staff. I highly recommend this dealer!! I have already referred 3 friends to Randy.
