I can't quite put my finger on it, dealing with this dealer was unlike anything else I have experienced. And I mean that in a good way. It seemed they almost took the joy out of buying a car, in that I dealer was unlike anything else I have experienced. And I mean that in a good way. None of that at this establishment, just what can we do to make a deal and then lets shake hands. No drama, just straight forward excellent service. I respect them for that and would buy another car from them and more importantly recommend them (already have) to anyone I come in contact with. John Landon helped me, excellent overall experience. Ralph is a great guy. This is the third car we have bought from Ralph he is not your typical car salesman he really cares and is a great guy. I basically bought the car because of how I was treated. I was a little unique compared to most other customer's. This was my first car purchase ever because of an eye surgery. I was very defensive & skeptical about any & all car sales people. It was Simeon that sold me. He went above & beyond c/s & made me feel very comfortable. He even took me out driving as though he was a driving instructor. He should start his lwn driving school business. I can't say enough about my experience w/park place infinity & Simeon. He has even said he'd swing by to take a look at the rav 4 sport v6 I bought so he can make sure it is starting properly. I'll buy from him again. More

I have had a great experience with everyone at Park Place Infiniti so far. This is the first car I have bought from Park Place as I had bought my 3 previous Infiniti's from Towbin. I never had a bad experience with Towbin but the personal service from Park Place has been outstanding. James Hammond was a very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson and Bee and Mark have delivered excellent follow up and customer service since then. Manager Mark Kinard was also extremely nice... not the typical car sales manager that I have dealt with in the past. Overall, my experience has been terrific and I will recommend Park Place to anyone looking for an Infiniti. More

Overall I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my vehicle. The sales consultant was knowledgable, accommodating and friendly, however, on my next visit to the dealership to pick up my registratio my vehicle. From that point forward, I felt like an orphaned child. No one seemed to want to assist going forward because it wasn't their deal. One of my plates from the traded vehicle went missing and Infiniti did rectify immediately. More
