The overall service was great. The vehicle price was fair and the process was straightforward. The only issue was the wait time between the initial paperwork and getting into financing. We had to wait for ne and the process was straightforward. The only issue was the wait time between the initial paperwork and getting into financing. We had to wait for nearly two hours to see the final finance person on a cash-only deal. They need to improve their efficiency in getting the clients through the process. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to purchase the car they were helping me with as an out of state purchase. But they were super helpful, answered all my questions and bent over backwards to make sure I w were helping me with as an out of state purchase.
