Had some bad experiences with major infiniti which is the old dealership. I heard that they were now under new owners and thought I would try them out. Boy was I impressed. The service department is always friendly and helpful when I arrive, and they complete service in a very timely manner. The dealership has a very comfortable waiting area so you don't feel like you're w when I arrive, and they complete service in a very timely manner. The service center at Infiniti of KC does a very poor job, basically masking the problem rather than fixing it, and VERY dishonest to boot. There isn't enough space in this box to describe the problems I job, basically masking the problem rather than fixing it, and VERY dishonest to boot. There isn't enough space in this box to describe the problems I've had with this dealer's service department. Very expensive! This is an Infiniti, not a Rolls Royce! Save yourself the trouble. I will now drive 100 miles out of my way to get my car services rather than deal with these lying xxxx bags. More
